Where are the garments made?

Our garments are proudly produced in London. Some items are created using industrial knitting machines, while others are handcrafted on a domestic double bed machine.

how long will it take for me to receive my order?

Most of our products, with the exception of select accessories, are made to order. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for production. We strive to ship your order as soon as possible and will notify you once it has been dispatched. Orders for items that are in stock and available for purchase will take 2-3 days to process and ship out.

why made to order?

We are committed to producing our garments responsibly by adhering to a made-to-order model, which minimizes waste by ensuring that only necessary quantities are created. Additionally, select pieces are crafted using deadstock yarn, meaning that once a specific yarn is depleted, the style incorporating that unique blend may be discontinued.

how should i wash my garment?

To care for your knitwear, soak the garment in lukewarm water with a small amount of detergent for 10-15 minutes. After soaking, drain the solution and rinse thoroughly. Avoid rubbing or wringing the fabric. Instead, gently squeeze out excess water, lay the garment flat on a dry towel, roll it up while applying light pressure, and then reshape and dry flat.

what is the Return policy?

Due to our made-to-order model, we are currently unable to accept returns. We encourage you to contact us with any questions before placing your order to ensure your satisfaction.
